No-Prep LIVE

with Dr. Nabors

This hands-on, immersive course allows attendees to complete a no-prep case on a live client in just one weekend. Dr. Nabors will treat the case, and each attendee will observe every step and participate as time allows.

Day 1:
We begin with case selection and understanding the client’s “why.” Then, we’ll cover all preparatory steps, including diagnostics, wax-up preparation, photos, and everything needed to complete the case. The clinical work will include mockup creation, gum lift (if required), client assessment and approval, and gathering all scans, images, impressions, and data to submit to the lab.

Day 2:
We’ll review the finished case from the lab, present it to the client, and proceed with the try-in. After gaining client approval, we’ll bond the case without anesthesia and refine it to completion.

This is an intensive, clinic-based course with a small group format for personalized training. Class size is limited to 15 participants. Please bring your dental loupes.

Pure Perio

Pure Perio is an in-depth educational program designed to shift how periodontal disease is understood and treated in modern dental practices. This course takes a comprehensive, oral-systemic approach to periodontal care, exploring periodontal disease as a systemic health issue rather than an isolated oral condition. 

Led by Dr. Thomas Nabors - creator of No More Hygiene and Co-Founder of OralDNA Labs - this course dives into the connection between periodontal disease, systemic inflammation, and overall health. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of why treating periodontal disease holistically is critical and how to confidently implement an evidence-based, effective treatment protocol into everyday practice.

Cosmetic Plus 1

Dr. Nabors

This program is a partnership for one case from start to finish, spanning two weekends.

Step 1: 
We begin remotely with case diagnosis, planning, and setup.

Step 2: 
Travel to Nashville for prep/design and temporization (unless it’s a no-prep case). Arrive Thursday night, and we’ll work on the case Friday. We’ll have a dinner review or a remote review if you return home Friday.

Step 3: 
Return in approximately 3 weeks for case delivery. We’ll have a breakfast review before delivering the case, and a dinner recap afterward (or a remote recap if you prefer).

Dr. Thomas Nabors

Dr. Nabors followed in his father's footsteps by pursuing a career as a dentist. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center: College of Dentistry and completed continuing education in cosmetic dentistry through the Louisiana State University College of Dentistry. With innovative continuing education courses and a portfolio of lifelike veneer cases, he is now known as a leading nationwide dental educator and one of Nashville's top cosmetic dentists. 

One of fewer than 400 Accredited Cosmetic Dentists in the world through the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a co-founder of the first laboratory dedicated to salivary diagnostics in the United States, Dr. Nabors remains at the forefront of his field.

Andrea Owens, RDH, BS, OFMT

Andrea Owens is a practicing dental hygienist and orofacial myofunctional therapist dedicated to improving total body health through advanced periodontal care. She uses research-supported protocols such as salivary diagnostics, phase contrast microscopy, guided biofilm therapy, and nonsurgical gum treatment to deliver measurable, systemic results.

Andrea has practiced and taught periodontal systems alongside Dr. Thomas Nabors for more than 15 years. As a continuing education instructor, she helps dental professionals implement clinical models that elevate patient outcomes and strengthen hygiene departments nationwide.
